各位酵友

您好,其实自制酵素是最近才热起来的。当中酵素做法也有好几种。大致上可分“加水法” 和“不加水法”,两种我都做过,但比较喜欢不加水法 , 就是一般糖萃法。

希望可以和各位酵友切磋切磋 !
