由台湾媒体名人陈文茜发起、制作的「±2℃－台湾必须面对的真相纪录片」，描述全球暖化对台湾这块土地的影响，令人不安的讯息是，气候上升摄氏 1.5~2 度，海平面就可能上升到 6 公尺；远高于目前联合国 IPCC 估计的 1.4 公尺。

海平面若上升一公尺，11%的台湾土地将无法居住或耕种，有的成为无法种植农作物的碱土，有的大雨来时遭海水入侵；当暴雨来袭，雨量若为 1600 毫米，宜兰、屏东、高雄、台南、台北等地区将遭遇洪水入侵。

这部纪录片获得台湾重量级企业领袖以行动支持拍摄计划，鸿海董事长郭台铭、联发科董事长蔡明介、华硕董事长施崇棠、广达董事长林百里、台达电董事长郑崇华、趋势科技创办人张明正与裕隆汽车董事长严凯泰等人各出资 200 万元，知名插画家几米无偿提供作品，让执行团队运用；陈文茜表示，这部纪录片没有版权，欢迎大家无偿公益播放、转寄、转载。
