拉筋拍打治疗法 – 萧宏慈

最近在无意间在网上看到萧宏慈的拉筋拍打治疗法, 虽然近来有很多各路的师傅和功法, 但我觉得这 “拉筋拍打治疗法” 倒是值得试试， 反正不花钱， 没效也可当运动，有兴趣可以学一学， 以下是 Youtube 视屏， 共5个部分：

    Hi Thomas,

    Very interesting video indeed. What were shared about the exercises make perfect sense. I had a good laugh when watching the series. I think it is worth practicing the steps. Thanks for sharing.
