    您好，请问上面这层是什么，能解释一下吗？谢谢！
    中间那层应该是油吧！而下面的是水吗？发酵后的水或上面那层东西还能再拿来做其他的用途吗？
    是不是要先把上面那层东西弄掉后才能取到油，还是有其他方法取油呢？谢谢！

    Lina,

    上面这层是一些发酵后的杂质，下面的是水， 都可以拿来当肥料。
    中间那层应该是油，要如何把取到油， 是个难题，很费功夫，其中一个办法，是先把它放入冰箱让油凝固以方便分离，但我没做过，你可以试试。
